Section 01

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and dispatch every order from our fulfillment partner once it has been carefully packed and quality-checked.

1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2 Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays begin processing the following business day.
3 Shipping is free across India on all prepaid orders.
4 Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
5 Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
6 If any item in your order is unavailable, our team will reach out to you directly before shipping.

Section 02

Not quite right? We want you to love every piece you order, and we've made returns and exchanges simple.

1 Every purchase comes with a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
2 Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3 Once your return is approved, choose between a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.
4 For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery can only be returned if defective.
5 To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.
6 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
